With over eight years of experience in the property industry, Osai Joseph has built a diverse and well-rounded career across multiple sectors of the property market. Beginning as a high street agent in South-West London, he developed a strong foundation in residential sales and lettings, gaining in-depth knowledge of local markets, client relations, and negotiations.

Following this, Osai went on to co-own and operate an estate agency for several years, leading business growth, managing contractors, and delivering high standards of service. This experience provided valuable insight into both the operational and strategic sides of running a property business.

Expanding their expertise further, Osai spent a number of years working in property development consultancy, advising on acquisitions, project viability, and development strategy.

Currently, Osai is passionate about working with private sector partners to strengthen the quality and long-term sustainability of the private rented sector. He focuses on building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions that support both landlords and tenants, helping to create a balanced and well-functioning rental market.
